About Katelyn

Hi! I am a current junior at Virginia Tech studying Biology and plan on working as a part-time babysitter/nanny for the 2025/26 school year! I am currently CPR certified and MAT trained. I have 4 years of experience working at a summer camp in Stafford, Virginia for Stafford County Government. I primarily work with children aged 6-14 but I have experience with younger children as young as 16 months through previous babysitting gigs. This year, I served as a supervisor of my own camp as I have great responsibility, time-management, and plenty of experience. In Blacksburg, I have worked with two families consistently for the past year providing care. I love working with children and love coming up with fun activities to do each and every day! Working at a summer camp has given me so much experience with fun games, crafts, sports, and other fun activities! I hope to provide each and every child with a fun day full of activities that they enjoy.
