About Ann

I offer companion care, motivational help, engaging in activities depending on the facility, encouraging water intake and a healthy diet, meal prep for daily use and or prep for freezing for later use, grocery shopping, light house keeping, ensuring client is able to walk with help and or a rollator, appointments/transportation, downsizing and packing of household for a move, pet care, keeping the calendar up dated! Always communicate with family members, keeping a daily journal of the day. I also like to have fun and encourage the client to be positive and upbeat fully knowing each situation is different. I care for my clients as though I were caring for my own Mother!
