About Patrick

I have many years of experience caring for adults with special needs and elders. Before getting into the health & wellness profession, I grew up in a big family. My brother, who is a year and a half younger, has special needs. I have helped take care of him since I was a child. I also have a lot of experience caring for elders. I started cooking for others (younger siblings) as a teenager. I cook every day and enjoy it. I do my own housework, so I'm happy to help with that. I do not smoke, drink, or use recreational drugs. Health, wellness, and fitness are extremely important to me. Since 2012, I have been a licensed acupuncturist. I have helped patients with mobility and neurological issues regain mobility and cognition. As a caregiver, I enjoy working with clients who value their health. I like to encourage clients and help them to maintain a positive outlook on life.
