With a doctorate from Harvard in education and masters in creative writing, my approach centers on personalized support, empowering students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. With 17 years of experience in the classroom, I actively listen to and observe students, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. Regular check-ins and feedback from parents are essential. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating small successes, and breaking down complex problems. Open communication builds trust and collaboration, ensuring everyone is informed and learning is reinforced at home.
