My journey as a caregiver is rooted by making a meaningful impact on those I serve. With one year of experience, I bring a patient, calm, and approachable demeanor to every home. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I currently work as a DSP for individuals who have developemental, cognitive, and intellectual disabilities. I have cared for individuals of all ages (including senior care). I am skilled at managing daily living tasks, including personal care, managing and administering medications, ambulation, cooking, and light housekeeping. I am experienced in dementia care, including redirecting attention during stressful moments and adapting to changing routines. I prioritize understanding your loved one's unique history and preferences so I can provide the absolute best care. I can provide transportation and run errands, and I am comfortable around pets.
