I'd describe my personality as outgoing reliable kindhearted, manners& humor I enjoy caring for seniors, those with disabilities due to post strokes, TMI, cancer etc (because they are the most deserving ) I'm looking for a position that builds bonds of trust with all family members while providing the best possible care ensuring safety and dignity. I started caring for seniors over 20 years ago. I have worked in busy facilities. Most of my patients have been through agencies, the longest was almost 9 years with the company where I had the pleasure of caring for a client over 5 yrs who turned 99 yrs old while I was providing services. Also exp. in residential home care with up to 5 clients at once providing all meds, meals, ADLS Cancer treatments & after care Very knowledgeable w/ dementia My skills include patience, encouragement using gentle tactics. Building trust with clients and family members while respecting privacy.
