I am a retired teacher. I began a lifelong career of caring for children at 12 years old, as a mother's helper, and have been working with kids ever since. I taught 2-5-year-olds (preschool) for 22 years. In 2016, I started my own business--a homeschool group in Oregon for K-8 grades. I retired from teaching this past June and moved to Illinois. In looking for a job here, I've realized how much I miss being with kiddos day to day but do not want to return to teaching, per say. I have a college degree in Educational Studies. I consider myself to be an honest, reliable and responsible person.
