We hired Angel for a week. She treated our mother with compassion and patience and mom enjoyed her company. But lacked interest in learning the activities we asked her to engage mom in or how we wanted cleaning of the bedroom or bathroom completed. She was unable to assist with lifting due to their physical limitations and had numerous personal phone calls that she did not recognize were disruptive to her shift. She enjoyed talking but could not directly communicate with us about our concerns.
