About Angelica

Hello! My name is Angelica, and I have over 6 years of experience working with children from babysitting to providing after-school care for the past 4 years. My passion for teaching led me to earn an Associate's degree in Elementary Subject Matter, and I'm currently pursuing a Mathematics degree at SFSU with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. I thrive on helping children explore, learn, and discover how the world works, whether through homework support, creative play, or hands-on activities. Coming from a military family, I've developed strong adaptability skills, a structured yet flexible approach, and an understanding of diverse family dynamics. I take pride in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for kids to grow and thrive. I prioritize open communication with parents and love building meaningful connections with the families I work with.
