As a healthcare professional with 12 years of experience, I have worked in the areas of behavior healthcare, assisted living, memory care in a variety of capacities, including as a Certified Caregiver, a Certified Medication Technician, a Certified Behavioral Technician, and as an Assistant Resident Services Director. Formerly served as the Assistant Resident Services Director at an assisted living/memory care community. There, I took the necessary steps to ensure the residents' safety, security, and well-being. Among my responsibilities managing service plans, and coordinating doctor's orders. My grandmother had a significant influence on my decision to pursue a career in healthcare. Caretaking for her before she passed away a few years ago led me to realize that caring for people was my passion. My favorite pastime is spending time with my mother and family.
