I have a small amount of experience caring for seniors, mostly from helping to care for my grandma. She began suffering from Alzheimer's about years ago. I have helped care for her while she still lived at home and, as the disease progressed, occasionally get memory care facility. I haven't had much experience caring for seniors professionally, but I have volunteered at two senior care facilities. The last one was a few years ago and my job was mostly as a companion. I volunteered for about a year.
