Hi! My name is Angel. I'm a licensed and well experienced CNA. I have experience working as a CNA in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Livings and Memory Care units. I've provided morning, evening and overnight personal care and supervision to 5-20 residents. • 1-on-1 and group care for residents with Alzheimer's and advanced dementia; successfully utilized de-escalation techniques for residents exhibiting agitation or aggression • ADLs: Delivered personal care, including bathing/showering, dressing, oral hygiene, and meticulous hair care, ensuring residents felt groomed and respected • Gentle manual and Hoyer Lift transfers (Bed to Wheelchair, Wheelchair to Commode) using proper body mechanics to ensure resident and staff safety. • Prevented pressure sores and skin breakdown by strictly adhering to a 1-2 hour repositioning schedule for bed-bound residents. • Assisted with meal service and feeding, monitoring dietary intake and ensuring a safe, comfortable dining experience.
