I've been helping families improve their quality of life for 25+ yrs, with meal prep, exercise, PT to improve strength and balance, and specifically working with seniors for the last 7 yrs. Many clients have had varying degrees of Alzheimer's. I can help with medicine prompting, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, grocery shopping, etc. I'll provide the companionship and social interaction that many seniors are missing, and I'll care for your loved one as if they were my own family. I'm grateful that my clients consider me as family, as many have been live-ins. I have lived locally since 1998. I have never smoked, have a clean driving record, and a reliable car with less than 40K miles. I have college degrees and was CPR certified. I have been background checked due to work with my church youth groups. My goal is to provide whatever help is needed, to maintain their independence, and to give you the peace of mind in knowing they are receiving the best care possible
