Angela is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. She provided essential companion care while our Mom was in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Hospital. It was critically important to our family for our Mom to always have someone with her when we could not be there to advocate for her needs to ensure she was properly cared for given the high ratio of patients to nurses. Angela made sure our Mom was fed, received her medications, had her hygiene needs met, assisted with putting on her hearing aides and glasses, and monitored her pain management. Angela was our eyes and ears when we could not be with her, which was critical to our peace of mind. Angela's experience was invaluable and we appreciated her insights on enhancing our Mom's care and comfort level. Angela is a superb and steadfast caregiver!
