In the past 15+ years I have taken care of 18 children at my home (or theirs) ages newborn and up. The longest I was with a family was 13 yrs. Started with 3 kids and stayed with them through #6 going to school. I have also spent many years in the Children's Ministry program at a local church in Las Vegas and was the Children's Ministry Director of our church back home in Michigan. I've always had a heart for children and looking for a family with flexibility that will sometimes accommodate my grandsons or another toddler I take care of one or two times a week.
