I have about 9 years of paid childcare experience for children 4 months to 12 years of age. I also have experience as a nurse assistant, lifeguard, special needs caregiver, and driver; I am your multifaceted, household managing gal! I do not smoke, lead a healthy and active lifestyle, have safe and reliable transportation, a drivers license, clean driving record, insurance- all of that good stuff. As a caregiver, I aspire to see each child in my care for the authentic individual they are. I support each child in their journey through a mix of my own intuition, years of childcare experience, and pulling on my education in realms of child development: attachment theory, neuroplasticity optimization, emotion regulation, and the like.

Tori is a gem. She brings a relaxed and humorous energy that has been a perfect fit for my autistic adult daughter who requires significant supports. Things can be challenging and unpredictable with the job and Tori takes it all in stride. She approaches my daughter not as a list of tasks (showering, feeding, toileting, etc) but rather approaches her as a whole person deserving of dignity and autonomy. We just love her!
