About Andy

Hello! I genuinely enjoy working with older adults and helping them stay active, independent, and engaged. I spent 3. 5 years working in an independent/assisted living community as a personal trainer and rehab aide, where I built meaningful relationships with many of the residents. My role focused on helping seniors reach their fitness goals, improve strength, balance, and mobility, and stay active safely. I also led fitness classes, assisted with extracurricular activities and community events, and provided companionship along the way. I'm patient, friendly, dependable, and easy to talk to. I enjoy getting to know each person and adapting to their abilities, personality, and interests. I'm happy to provide companionship, mobility and physical activity support, transportation, errands, and help keeping your loved one active and engaged. My goal is to help seniors maintain their independence while making their day a little more enjoyable.
