Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. I have three years of experience supporting adults and seniors, and I am passionate about promoting their well-being and independence. My approach is compassionate, friendly, and professional. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. Building trust and respecting my client's independence are very important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and offer mobility assistance. I have some college education and current CPR Training.
