About Andy

I am a licensed elementary educator with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I recently completed my first year as a fifth-grade Math and Science teacher and have additional experience as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional. I provide patient, encouraging, and individualized tutoring tailored to each student's learning style and needs. I help students build confidence while strengthening skills in elementary math, science, reading, writing, homework support, study skills, and organization. My approach combines clear instruction, guided practice, and positive reinforcement to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. My goal is to help every student grow academically while developing confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
