About Andrew

I work in person exclusively in my home neighborhood. Other work may be done online. I like tutoring because I can use my skills as an experienced teacher to help kids find success learning. I'm looking for a job that allows me to continue working with students while I begin a new role as a full-time caregiver for two of my grandchildren. I started tutoring when I was working for a private school and had moved into an office role. In my spare time I like to watch movies, swim, read books, and eat at new places. One thing you should know about me is that while I haven't always been a teacher, I have always worked with children. They are my passion and joy. My skills include finding a student's learning style, understanding a difficulty encountered, and coming up with connective ways to overcome a difficulty.
