About Ainsley

Hi! My name is Ainsley, and I am currently an Elementary Education student at Old Dominion University with hands-on experience working as a teacher's aide in a school setting. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen their understanding, and enjoy learning in a supportive environment. I specialize in elementary-level subjects including math, reading, and study skills. My approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and adapting lessons to fit each student's individual learning style. Through both my coursework and classroom experience, I have developed strong skills in communication, organization, and creating engaging learning experiences for students. My goal as a tutor is to help students feel capable, motivated, and successful while making learning both meaningful and enjoyable.
