I'm looking for a long-term childcare position with ideally 30-35 guaranteed hours per week, preferably Monday-Thursday (or M-F schedule of 35-45h) I'm looking for a family where I can be a trusted ,'right hand,' and someone they can truly rely on. I value open communication, mutual trust, and a good relationship with the whole family, while making sure the children are happy, safe, and well cared for. I'm a kind, responsible, loving, and patient nanny who truly enjoys spending time with children. I respect each family's parenting style and approach and strive to adapt to and support each household's unique needs. I understand and respect the different developmental stages and needs of each age group.
