About Andrea

Empowering elementary students to master critical thinking and problem-solving is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. With 10 years of experience, I specialize in breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps to build student momentum and confidence. I believe that open communication is essential, as it fosters the trust and collaboration necessary for academic growth. By actively listening to your child's preferences, I tailor my methods to fit their unique learning style perfectly. Witnessing a student reach a significant academic milestone, such as a breakthrough in grades or test scores, remains the most rewarding aspect of my work. I am comfortable working with pets and am happy to provide sessions in your home or mine. I hold a college degree and am certified in CPR training and First Aid. I truly look forward to partnering with your family to help your student thrive.
