About Alana

I have experience tutoring elementary school students and enjoy helping children build confidence in their learning. Throughout high school, I earned over a dozen Student Achievement Awards for my academic performance and dedication. As someone with a learning disability, I understand that every child learns differently. I worked hard to develop creative and effective study strategies that helped me succeed academically. This experience allows me to be patient, encouraging, and adaptable when supporting students. My strongest subjects are math and AP Biology, and I enjoy making challenging concepts easier to understand while helping students develop strong study habits and confidence.
