I'm not sure I would give myself an actual job title, rather I assume the position of whatever is necessary to ease the load of my employer. My family owned restaurants and a catering business, as well as a commercial cleaning business that is still operating today. Being exposed to the food industry at a young age sparked a passion for food and love for cooking! I am very comfortable in the kitchen & have experience preparing a wide range of dishes. Being raised with "a mop in hand" I have always felt the need for order & organization and this same attitude carries over into my work. I live a very active lifestyle and thrive in a fast paced environment.
