Hi, my name is Andrea and I live in Fort Myers. I recently took an early retirement from my nursing career (I'm 60) and would like to fill some of my days with children. I would like to have a chance to slow down and enjoy them in the moment. I was a busy working mother and if I could change anything, I wish I had let the chores go and gave more of my undivided attention to them. I guess I'd like a do-over and need a child or two to give both of us that gift. I do work with children 3 overnight shifts (7p-7a) a MONTH and always try to give them a little extra time and attention during my busy shift. I really connected with my three great nieces and nephews 6-10 y. o. by doing crafts with them. They wait in the window for me to arrive with my craft bag and we are so close.
