Hi! My name is Andrea and I am not your typical nanny. I am a 44-year-old mother of three amazing boys. I have been teaching special education for 18 years. I absolutely love working with children in all aspects, but teaching is not what it used to be. I love the students but not the politics. I am looking for another way to touch the lives of children as well as put my years of experience to use in helping families lives run more smoothly. Coming from a family with 5 siblings I am definitely easy going and roll with the punches. That being said, I have a calendar hanging in my kitchen that I live by. ;) I have experience working with medically fragile children and would definitely consider a position involving a child with special needs of any sort. I mentioned earlier that I do have 3 boys of my own 18, 12 and 10. Ideally, I would love to be able to include them when I can. I am looking to do child care in my home. My school year is over June 6th so I am available anytime after that
