While discipline and structure are certainly important in a child's development, I always want to attain this through an approach of love and care. I've worked as a full time nanny for over 15 years and have held many childcare positions over the past 20+ years. I have experience with children ranging from newborn to preteen, including twins. As a nanny I have cultivated a wealth of knowledge and skills, such as always engaging with each child with a warm heart and a smile. I believe that I have the best job in the world for me as I find it both incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. It is important to me that I work with a family who values having a nanny who is "part of the family" as I believe in working with parents as a team. In addition to caring for your children, I am also open to running errands, doing laundry and performing other child-related tasks.
