About Rocio

Hi! My name is Rocio. I am 19 and am attending my local community college in hopes of pursuing a career as a child psychologist or Elementary school teacher. I am a reliable, honest and trustworthy person, with a passion for helping others and working with kids! During the summer of 2015, I had the opportunity to work as a Junior teacher at a non profit organization. There I was able to teach 9th grade English to upcoming high schoolers and learned how to create lesson plans and educational activities. Two years later, during the summer of 2017, I returned as a formal teaching fellow and taught 7th grade Algebra to a class of 18 brilliant Middle schoolers. Overall, I'm a pretty easygoing person, with a flexible schedule, excited about gaining more experience in the field I love!
