About Ana

Ana has been caring for my parents. I’m talking to my phone. Ana has been taking care of my parents for the last few months. I can truly say she is the epitome of a Caregiver that you would want taking care of your family. She is kind, caring, very empathetic, skilled at what she does, and takes great pride and joy into extending her love and care for your family members. She prepares meals for them, assists with showering, assists with dressing, & bathroom needs. She is excellent at providing physical therapy and light exercises focusing on the core and strength needed to keep my father healthy, and as strong as possible, so he can retain his independence for as long as possible. She provides valuable advice and guidance based on her years of experience, recommending things such as working out with resistance bands instead of free weights, using lap belts for safety during exercising, & procuring a leg exerciser machine that my father can use while he’s sitting in his chair. She enjoys taking my parents for walks around the paved back patio area, or to the end of the driveway and back. There really is no end to what she is willing to do to take good care of my parents and I am so grateful she has come into our lives. I would highly recommend Ana to anyone that’s looking for a Caregiver for their mom or their dad. Thank you Ana for being you!
