I have been caring for my 94 year-old mother for years and was reluctant to allow a caregiver to come into the house and help me.  After meeting Dawn I realized the value of a caregiving partner to help me provide better care for mom and support for myself.  She is extremely knowledgeable and has many years of caregiving experience which allows her to help me with putting together better care plans for mom.  Dawn is a patient advocate and her advice helps me with solutions to challenges I may be having with my mom.  She is so patient and has such a caring demeanor when providing care for my mom.  Dawn’s calming spirit makes anyone feel at ease with her which is so important when dealing with seniors.  She goes above and beyond and has truly improved the quality of life for me and mom.  She provides excellent caregiving, meal preparations, cleaning and emotional support for us.  Dawn helps with physical activity by taking my mom for walks, senior exercise videos, and companionship.  She has given me peace of mind and she takes Covid and cleanliness very seriously.  She wears a mask and washes her hands which is extremely important to me taking care of a senior in her nineties.   She is truly a blessing and I do not know how I did it without her.  She has taken such a load off me and given me part of my life back within these past three months. Dawn is a very hard worker who has my dads best interest in mind. She is dependable and punctual to work. She is patient with my dad and insists that his personal hygiene, showers and shaving are done. Dawn ensures the house is kept clean, laundry and bedding are washed and he has his lunch on the days she is there. I highly recommend her for an all round caregiver.
