About Ana

Ana is the absolute best; we cannot recommend her highly enough! Ana has been our family’s nanny for the past 14 months, and we feel so fortunate to have her in our lives. We have two boys, ages 11 and 20 months, and Ana has cared for our younger son, C, full-time since he was just 4 months old. From the very beginning, Ana has been reliable, punctual, and an absolute joy to work with. She communicates openly, and has always gone above and beyond in caring for C and supporting our family. Ana’s flexibility has also been a tremendous help. She has stepped in to care for our 11-year-old on school holidays, and she has even accompanied us to doctor’s appointments with C. On snow days, when schools and offices were closed, Ana still managed to make it to our house. She has also been available for evening babysitting, helping with our children’s nighttime routine, and making sure both kids are cared for seamlessly. Ana is incredibly thoughtful in how she engages with our children. She reads books to C regularly, takes him to birthday parties and playdates, and makes sure he’s both learning and having fun. She encourages C to explore his environment, and he is more confident due to her positive attitude. She also prepares healthy lunches and snacks for him. One of the things we’ve loved most is how she shares little updates throughout the day, sending photos and videos so we can see what Ana and C are doing. (She’s also an excellent photographer!) The bond between Ana and our youngest is unmistakable—she is not only his caregiver but also his best friend. She brings warmth, creativity, and joy into his days, and we’ve seen how much he thrives under her care. While our son is now ready to begin Montessori school, it is bittersweet to say goodbye to Ana in her role as our nanny. In addition to her attentive childcare, she does the children’s laundry and keeps our common areas tidy. She consistently does more than is asked, and is always looking for new ways to be helpful. We could not recommend Ana more highly to any family seeking a kind, dependable, and nurturing caregiver. She has been an incredible part of our lives, and we would be more than happy to share details of our experience with her.
