Hello! My name is Anaely, and I have experience working with young children. I am patient, caring, and great with kids, while also knowing how to provide structure and clear expectations. I do well with children who need help staying on task an d not getting off track. I use positive reinforcement, gentle redirection, and consistent routines to help children feel safe, supported, and successful. I believe in building strong relationships while also maintaining boundaries so children know what is expected of them. My goal is always to create a calm, structured, and encouraging environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
