College student majoring in Public Health, aspiring midwife, and passionate about early childhood. My love for caring for children began when I was just 6 years old, when my oldest sister gave birth to my nephew. Since then, I've had a genuine passion for working with and learning from children. I worked at a child development center for two years, primarily with infants and toddlers, and I am licensed and have a valid Central Background Registry (CBR) certification through the Oregon Early Childhood Registry. What I love most about working with children is getting to see their personalities develop, watching them learn new things, and being there to support them through each stage of their growth. I especially love reading and introducing them to the languages I speak through books, music, and everyday interactions. I also enjoy arts and crafts, creative activities, and finding fun ways to encourage children's curiosity and development.
