She always arrives on time, leaves detailed notes of the day, and is fully engaged with our son. Our son is deaf and Amy did not hesitate to start learning ASL her first week with us. Our son is starting to do more signs because Amy is proactive in teaching him words throughout the day, and we could not be more thankful.
