About Amyrie

I started working with kids when I was in middle school, I started volunteering at my old daycare and would help out. Later into high school I realized I wanted to become a teacher and then started managing after school programs at my old middle school. Currently I am majoring in mathematics education, meaning I want to be a math teacher. Because of this I get weekly hours in classrooms in the area to help out the teacher and get the hours I need. One of the main reasons I chose teaching is because I realized a lot of our child care workers are very mean to children and I want to give a positive experience to those I can.
