I'd describe my personality as compassionate, dependable, and hardworking. I genuinely care about others and always give my best in everything I do. I started caring for seniors when I started working at a hospital as a patient monitor. I regularly watched seniors that were either fall risks or dementia. That experience taught me the importance of patience, attentiveness, and empathy. I found it rewarding to be someone they could rely on, and it inspired me to continue working in senior care.
