About Susan

Making a positive impact on people's lives is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, offering respite, hospice, and live-in support. As a Licensed Practising Nurse, I provide home health, personal care, medical management, and dementia care. I also assist with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility, and physical activity. I'm patient, empathetic, and prioritize respecting each person's independence. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families using their preferred method and provide written daily reports. First Aid and CPR Training. Supporting families and ensuring the well-being of their loved ones is my goal, and I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family.
