I'm passionate about unlocking every student's potential through personalized learning. I've helped elementary and middle school students thrive in English, test preparation, music and drama, and study skills. I create an engaging and supportive environment, tailoring my approach to each student's unique learning style by listening and observing their interactions with new material. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and celebrating their successes. Open communication is key, and I value building strong relationships with both students and parents. The most rewarding part of tutoring is seeing that "aha!" moment when a student truly understands a concept. I have a college degree and can tutor online or at the library, community center, school, or coffee shop. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
