With three years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Art, Music, Drama, and Special Education for elementary and middle school students. I assess each learner by actively listening and observing how they engage with new material, allowing me to tailor my methods to their unique needs. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and connect the subject matter to personal interests to build momentum. I believe consistent communication with both students and parents is vital to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Witnessing a student's confidence flourish as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work.
