Ammarin was the first caretaker we ever hired for our first child when he was about 10 months and she set the bar really high for our caretaker expectations. One review on her profile called her "the baby whisperer" and she absolutely is. Nan has a calming and kind presence blended with strength and knowledge. She is fantastic with our son (getting him to eat and go to bed on time better than we do), punctual and dependable. I would highly recommend her as a full time caretaker for your child.
