About Amiya

Hello, I'm Amiya, and I have a genuine passion for working with children. Currently, I work part-time at a school's after-school program, where I support kids aged five, assist with learning activities, and ensure they are safe and engaged. I have experience as the oldest of three siblings and have always been around younger children, including many cousins, which has helped me develop a patient and nurturing approach. In addition to my hands-on experience, I'm CPR and First Aid certified, a skilled swimmer, and I take child safety very seriously. I'm responsible, reliable, and committed to providing a fun, yet structured environment for kids to grow and learn. I'm also happy to offer light tutoring for elementary-aged children, drawing from my strong academic background and passion for learning. With a warm, open-minded, and energetic personality, I strive to be the dependable caregiver you can trust for your child's well-being and development.
