About Amity

I am honored to have supported thousands of families as a doula, child caregiver, patient educator, group fitness instructor, or stretch practitioner for the past 25 years. I have my CPR basic life support certification and Child passenger safety technician certification. I have worked in home, child care center, clinic, resource center and hospital settings. I also have experience working with child and adult grief as well. My hope is that my work strengthens the connection within families and communities during significant times of transition of life.
