I have been honored to support thousands of families for the past 25 years as a birth and postpartum doula , patient educator, child caregiver, stretch practitioner, and group fitness instructor. I knew I had found my calling serving others through the transitions of life both joyful and difficult. Through the years I have worked in private homes, family resource centers, childcare centers, schools, hospitals and clinics. I also am CPR certified and a child passenger safety technician.
