Amirah anticipates our needs, responds well to constructive criticism, is very flexible in her schedule and is eager to learn new ideas and concepts. She has been consistently excited to be exposed to new ideas and run with them. She loves baby-wearing my new infant while doing artwork or playing with our toddler son. She is patient and uses soft words to communicate her displeasure when he misbehaves as well as is repetitive and gentle in teaching him new things. She focuses on specific developmental tasks such as coloring, reading, and working on shapes, colors, and other learning opportunities that are age appropriate. She is also quick to pick up a broom or fold laundry. We intended to have her part time only a few days and have had her for full days and wish she could be here more often. We already are completely dependent on her and our toddler truly believes she belongs to him and asks for her every morning.
