I bring over 7 years of experience in childcare, supporting families and nurturing children from infancy through their school-age years. In every role I take on whether mentoring residents, managing team logistics, or assisting in classrooms, I prioritize communication, safety, and creating inclusive, engaging environments. My experience ranges from babysitting and tutoring to organizing community building events and guiding students academically and emotionally. I'm also CITI certified and hold a full tuition leadership scholarship from the Posse Foundation, highlighting my commitment, reliability, and leadership.
