I am a 40-year-old woman who was raised by my grandparents and have a deep respect for the older generation. I am a licensed CNA in 10 states including CT, FL, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT. I have been FBI fingerprinted and background checked multiple times in order to keep these licenses active. I have 15 years of experience as a caregiver, 10 of which I was being paid for. My career in caregiving started when I took care of my grandmother for 5 years who had Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. My caregiving experience includes people of all ages from infants all the way through the elderly in a multitude of settings including hospitals, long term care, group homes, and home care. I have a multitude of experience with certain chronic conditions as well as hospice care, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and I am BLS Certified. I welcome the opportunity to take care of your love one and will treat them as if they are part of my family.

Amethyst is compassionate, professional and has a positive attitude. She provided care to my mom who has diabetes, Alzheimer's and COPD. She provided medication reminders, meal preparation, assistance with bathing and dressing, and more. She was a great friend to my mom and I felt comfortable with the fact that I could trust my family was being well taken care of.
