I am a former High School teacher. I taught for 3 years, PreAP Chemistry, AP Calculus and AP Precalculus. While teaching High School, I also gained experience teaching students with learning disabilities and emergent bilingual students. I have tutored students from 6th-12th in math and science courses for 6 years. I graduated from UTSA with a B. S in Neurobiology and a minor in Chemistry in May 2020. I tutored various science courses (i. e. General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Genetics) for 2 years at UTSA. I am very passionate about teaching, which is why I enjoy tutoring so much. I have also worked with kids that have special needs (i. e. cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsy) in summer camps, horsemanship therapy, and tutoring, and they have all been some of my most enjoyable work experiences.
