About Amelia

Hi, I'm Amelia! I'm a graduate student studying childhood education and child development. I am working toward a career in education because I believe you don't need to be "good at school" to be intelligent, kind, a valuable citizen, and worthy of an education. Many of us just need a little extra help or a different angle from which to look at an idea. Send me the course syllabus and the work your child needs help with ahead of time, and I will show up ready to teach and to work together. I'm ready to be patient, kind but firm, and to learn alongside your child. Let me know your child's needs, and they will be met! Note: I will not allow a child I work with to use any form of generative AI to create or alter their work. A child will always learn more from an assignment with errors that they put their own mind to than they will something flawless that they didn't create themselves.
