About Gina

Hi! I'm Gina, a New York State certified teacher with 21 years of experience working with students. I've been tutoring since 2005 and have also provided online tutoring since COVID. I specialize in math and love helping students build both their skills and confidence. I work with a variety of grade levels and can provide homework help, review difficult concepts, prepare students for tests, or offer ongoing academic support. As a teacher and a mom, I understand that every child learns differently. I'm patient, encouraging, and able to explain concepts in different ways until they make sense. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and aren't afraid to make mistakes.
